Hector co-leads the firm’s EMEA activities and is based in London. He has over a decade of experience working with private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Having worked for two boutique headhunting firms in London, Hector founded Hatton Grange in 2010 making board appointments across a variety of private equity-backed companies in retail, technology, healthcare, business services and manufacturing. Kristie Audiat has been with Calibre One since early 2006. Jen started her recruiting career in high-tech publishing as a researcher on internal executive-level positions. After seven years in publishing, Jen worked for Mobius Venture Capital (formerly Softbank Venture Capital) where she was their in-house recruiter responsible for managing external vendor relationships as well as, providing direct placement support from individual contributor to senior management level positions to early-stage companies across multiple business sectors. She also provided human resource and employee relations support to the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Calibre One, Sherri worked as an Executive Assistant for five years and has worked in multiple industries including banking, real estate/mortgage and financial.

Kristen comes with over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry in the Australian, U.K., and U.S. markets. Starting her career off at Robert Half in Sydney before moving to London where she met her future husband and decided to move back to Sydney taking on Lead Recruiter positions at Ambition and then Spark, working across technology recruitment. Parking up her young family and making the move to the Bay Area in 2014, Kristen pivoted her career and joined Arete Partners as Chief of Staff. In this position, Kristen was managing the business operations for the company and applying her recruitment experience to training and development. Recently Kristen joined Arete's sister company, Calibre One, taking on the role of Group Staff Accountant. Key to Kristen's career has been her passion and motivation to be a part of a team building successful teams and businesses. Amy joins Calibre One with prior experience in management, business operations and sales. With a strong background in marketing, Amy has proven skills in brand management, workforce planning and market place research. Amy’s greatest strengths include her detailed approach to any and all projects, analytical skills and strategic communication.
When away from the office, Amy enjoys practicing Bikram Yoga and spending time with her French Bulldog, Marley. As an avid reader, Amy strives to read three books a month while attending as many Giants baseball games as she can.
As Executive Assistant, Barbora controls all aspects of administration, working closely on assignments with all the UK Partners, clients and candidates.Barbora moved to London from the Czech Republic to study English in 2005. She joined Calibre One in 2011 in a role that has proved crucial to the smooth running of the London office.In addition to her Executive Assistant work, Barbora also controls HR, IT and facilities management functions for the London office.Barbora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Anthropology. Based in our San Francisco office, Jordan provides administrative support to Managing Partners and Partners along with the Director of Operations and Human Resources.
