Hector co-leads the firm’s EMEA activities and is based in London. He has over a decade of experience working with private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Jen joined Calibre One as an Associate and is responsible for identifying candidates, initiating contact, and guiding them through the entire search process.
Jen started her recruiting career in high-tech publishing as a researcher on internal executive-level positions. After seven years in publishing, Jen worked for Mobius Venture Capital (formerly Softbank Venture Capital) where she was their in-house recruiter responsible for managing external vendor relationships as well as, providing direct placement support from individual contributor to senior management level positions to early-stage companies across multiple business sectors. She also provided human resource and employee relations support to the firm’s portfolio companies. After leaving the venture firm, Jen moved from in-house recruitment to the vendor side of recruitment where she worked for a couple of high-tech staffing firms on permanent and contract placement initiatives for their perspective clients.

Celeste spent ten years with Ross & Company, a boutique-executive search firm similarly focused on partnering with PE and VC firms to recruit C-level executives and gained significant experience in the healthcare space. Celeste gained start up experience as one of six Partners who built Ramsey/Beirne Associates, (currently Kindred Partners) over a five-year period. Isabela Joffe has a very strong international background. She has lived, studied and worked in several countries, including Brazil, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, UAE and now in the US.She started out her professional career in Marketing in the consumer products and healthcare technology industries. Suzanne started her career working in admin for KPMG, rising through the ranks in both their Liverpool and Manchester offices.
She moved to London in 1996 to help several ex-KPMG Partners found a start-up financial advisory consultancy.
Suzanne joined Calibre One as Office Manager in 2002 before becoming Head of Finance and Operations in 2008.
Within this role Suzanne had responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Facilities for both the London and San Francisco offices.

Sherri Cervelli excels at managing the day-to-day operations of the US team.She maintains and oversees the San Francisco Office, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources and IT. As Research Director, Javier manages firm research tools and resources, provides intelligence on talent and market trends, and ensures the integrity of knowledge management processes. With a special interest in technology and data analytics, Javier is passionate about facilitating collaboration and empowering teams through practices that enhance and capture organizational knowledge. Though Javier’s expertise is grounded in his work for various executive search firms – previously, as Knowledge Manager for the Human Resources Practice of Allegis Partners, the sister company of Major, Lindsey & Africa, for which he worked in the in-house legal group – he has also performed research and provided consulting services for media, government, and higher education organizations. He has worked as a public records researcher in New York county, a consultant for global broadcasting companies, and fellow at the University of Pittsburgh, where he taught film studies and digital media courses. Kristen comes with over 13 years of experience in the recruitment industry in the Australian, U.K., and U.S. markets. Starting her career off at Robert Half in Sydney before moving to London where she met her future husband and decided to move back to Sydney taking on Lead Recruiter positions at Ambition and then Spark, working across technology recruitment. Parking up her young family and making the move to the Bay Area in 2014, Kristen pivoted her career and joined Arete Partners as Chief of Staff. In this position, Kristen was managing the business operations for the company and applying her recruitment experience to training and development. Recently Kristen joined Arete's sister company, Calibre One, taking on the role of Group Staff Accountant. Key to Kristen's career has been her passion and motivation to be a part of a team building successful teams and businesses. As Executive Assistant, Barbora controls all aspects of administration, working closely on assignments with all the UK Partners, clients and candidates.Barbora moved to London from the Czech Republic to study English in 2005. Kathryne has a demonstrated history of success in sales, customer acquisition, team development and executive coaching. Kathryne co-founded Active Lead, a digital agency and lead generation company, successfully operating it from 2002 to 2016. She was responsible for new sales development and growth. During her tenure, Kathryne generated long-standing business accounts with top clients including AT&T, HP, Microsoft, American Express, Fedex, Verisign, and Dell. She also secured substantial agency partnerships with Acxiom, BKV, Starcom and a dozen others.
Kathryne has been a tenacious sales leader for over 15 years. Prior to founding Active Lead, she managed West Coast Sales for XOOM.com, and helped bring the company public in 1999. After seeing through the acquisition of XOOM by NBC, Kathryne was appointed West Coast Sales Director, and was often the top sales producer, generating more than $15M annually. Kathryne is a competitive triathlete, enjoying the top honors in local and national competitions.
