Bailey is a Senior Associate based in our London office, supporting searches across all areas.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Bailey worked as a Consultant for a mid-level recruitment business with a focus on FS and FinTech. He is also a semi-professional rugby player and has represented Newcastle Falcons in the European Challenge Cup and more recently Bedford Blues in the RFU Championship. He earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Newcastle University and has received international honours when selected to represent England Students Rugby.
Outside of work, Bailey is a big fan of all sports, cooking and films.
