Based in London, Benjamin has more than 10 years international executive search experience, with the past six years dedicated to the appointment of Chief Technology & Chief Product Officers which he has managed successfully for clients across the whole EMEA region. He has also led a great many Board searches for technology scale-ups.
His primary focus is on advising Private Equity & Venture Capital funds, and their portfolio companies, helping them in identifying and attracting world class Engineering & Product leadership talent. Having spent the vast majority of his search career focusing on the product and engineering functions, he has accumulated a great deal of experience and has built a phenomenal network that helps him to consistently deliver outstanding results for his clients. Prior to Calibre One he spent time at Albany Partners and The Big Search, two leading technology boutique search firms.
Benjamin studied Performing Arts at one of the world’s most prestigious acting colleges: Italia Conti.
Outside of work, he is an avid boxer, water sports & mountaineering enthusiast.
