Co-Head of Global Real Estate
Based in Calibre One’s NYC office, Rebecca Wilson is a Partner in the firm’s Financial Services practice and is the Co-Head of the Global Real Estate practice. She advises financial services and real estate organizations on senior hires across functions, working with clients throughout the United States as well as international firms building leadership teams in the U.S. Rebecca’s search work spans privately held owner/operators, private equity real estate firms, REITs, private credit and debt funds, retail banks, family offices, and traditional private equity firms.
Rebecca brings deep financial services experience to the role, having held senior positions at Citibank, First USA Bank/Bank One, HSBC and Lehman Brothers. She went on to found and lead her own strategy consulting firm, advising clients across industries in the United States, Canada and Australia. Her work included launching new ventures, transforming operations at established companies, recruiting executive talent, and serving as a coach and strategic advisor to CEOs. Rebecca moved into executive search in 2017, and joined Calibre One in late 2026.
She holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Italian from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Rebecca studied in Siena, Italy, an experience that contributed to her global perspective, and is fluent in Italian.
