With over twenty years of experience in executive search and recruiting, Kristie joined Calibre One in 2006 and currently serves as VP, Global Delivery Operations & Systems. In this role, she leads the firm’s global recruiting operations, systems, processes, and infrastructure, with a focus on supporting effective and scalable search delivery and continued growth.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Kristie worked in both agency and in-house recruiting, gaining experience across a range of functions, industries, and organizational environments.
A US and EU dual citizen, Kristie lives in Northern California. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, particularly in, on, or near the water, and exploring the area with their energetic Vizsla.
