With nearly twenty years of recruiting experience, Kristie has internationally placed hundreds of individuals into positions across multiple functions within publicly traded, VC and PE backed organizations. Working at Calibre One since 2006, she is currently the Head of Recruiting Operations, where she continues her recruiting success, as well as assisting with Calibre One’s continued internal growth.
Kristie previously worked as a recruiter for a temporary staffing company, placing people from a programmer to a director level. She has also worked as an in-house recruiter for an international manufacturing company.
A US and EU dual citizen, when not traveling, you can usually find Kristie and her family in, on, or near the water. Or trying to keep up on hikes with their energetic vizsla throughout Northern California.
