Victoria is a Partner at Calibre One based in San Diego. Victoria focuses on C-Suite placements for investor-backed B2B software companies. She brings together a rigorous search process with a broad perspective from experience in private equity and as an executive and entrepreneur. As a search consultant, Victoria leverages this perspective to truly understand the challenges executives face in scaling investor-backed organizations and gauge the best fit of both capabilities and competencies needed for the next stage of growth. She is also an avid learner who dives deeply into every client’s business and industry.

Prior to joining Calibre One, Victoria was a Partner at a boutique search firm focused on C-Suite and board placements for private equity-backed portfolio companies and led their diversity practice. She also launched the inaugural “Top 25 Women in PE-Backed Software” list, an investor-nominated list of the top leaders in software.

Prior to her career in executive search, Victoria served in multiple executive roles for investor-backed sustainability-focused technology start-ups including as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and country General Manager. She also owned and sold two businesses, an ecommerce business and a visual communications business. Prior to that, Victoria spent six years in private equity at Water Asset Management, and at Apollo Global Management, working with some of the country’s largest institutional investors. Victoria graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance.

Victoria is a frequent speaker on topics including investing and entrepreneurship and is on the Board for the San Diego Air & Space Museum and the San Diego chapter of Tech Coast Angels, the largest angel group in the country. She co-chairs and hosts their Quick Pitch event, one of the area’s largest pitch competitions in the region. Victoria was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of San Diego’s 40 Business Leaders Under 40 in 2018, a finalist in 2019, and a finalist for Business Women of the Year Awards in 2020. She lives in San Diego with her family and dog Frankie. She is an avid traveler, having visited over 35 countries, and once rode 3,000 km across India in a rickshaw during monsoon season.
