Paul DeCoster joined Calibre One in October 2023 joined from Sheffield Haworth where he was an Executive Director within their Global Functions Practice focusing on Legal, Compliance, Risk & Regulatory executive search.
Paul was formerly at Marlin Hawk where he was the North American Practice lead for Legal, Risk, Compliance and Security within the financial services sector. Prior to this, he was a consultant with Russell Reynolds within the Global Banking, Markets and Legal practice groups.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree with Magna Cum Laude Honors from Bowdoin College and a Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law.
