Mark is a globally focused retained executive search professional who leads searches across all major functional areas at the CxO and VP levels. With over a decade in the industry, Mark has worked with companies of all sizes, from pre-revenue startups to the Fortune 100 to solve their most pressing leadership challenges. Having successfully completed searches for private, including private equity and venture capital backed, and public companies in and from the Americas, Europe, and Asia, Mark is able to evaluate the leadership, cultural, and technical needs of a client and quickly identify the best executives for his client.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Mark was with Allegis Partners, the retained executive search firm owned by the Allegis Group. While with Allegis Partners, Mark led internal recruiting during a period of rapid growth while serving a variety of clients. Before Allegis Partners, Mark worked at CTPartners, where he was an Associate in the Global Professional Services Practice and worked with the world’s premier consulting and business services firms. Prior to entering search, Mark held positions on Capitol Hill and with Maxjet Airways, a startup airline.
