Tom is one of the two founding partners of Calibre One and is based in both San Francisco and London. He is responsible for ensuring that the founding principles of the business govern our activities and that our reputation continues to remain at the forefront of our industry. Recruiting at the senior level since 1994, Tom has devoted all of that time to the acquisition of senior human capital for the technology and media industries with his focus exclusively on board positions, CEOs and their direct reports.
He is an investor and enthusiast in the worlds of film, TV, hospitality and consumer goods. He is very happily married with three female children. This can lead to him feeling overwhelmed. This is where his other loves for gastrostomy and fine wines comes in! Tom also skis, sails and hikes as much as he can reasonably get away with.
