Based in Boston, Jed brings over 20 years of executive search experience, with deep expertise in the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. He has partnered with clients ranging from early-stage, VC-backed startups to commercial-stage and public companies, delivering top leadership across all key functions.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Jed was a founding Partner at a boutique life sciences search firm, where he led searches across therapeutics, diagnostics, contract services, and medical devices. His broad and client-driven approach has resulted in successful placements spanning Board Directors to Medical Directors, including venture investors in the life sciences space.
Jed began his career as Vice President of Research at a national boutique firm, contributing to over 350 placements and building a strong foundation in talent strategy and executive insight.
With a background in biology and law, and a deep commitment to both his profession and community, Jed brings thoughtful leadership, market perspective, and a collaborative approach to our growing life sciences practice. We’re thrilled to have him on board!
