Amanda H. Grant Joins as Partner to Leverage Her Extensive Distribution Leadership Expertise

Grant as a partner in its New York office. Ms. Grant will further strengthen Calibre One’s successful investments and financial services business.

Ms. Grant has over 25 years’ experience in investment management leadership. Most recently, she served as Managing Partner at an executive search boutique specializing in talent management for the asset and wealth management industry. Prior to that, she served as Managing Director, Head of Global Institutional Client Service, and was a member of the Operating Committee at Columbia Management (now Columbia Threadneedle), a global asset manager, where she helped facilitate the firm’s sale from Bank of America to Ameriprise Financial. During her tenure she also managed the acquisition of $2.3 billion in client contributions and new accounts from existing clients. Prior to Columbia Management, Ms. Grant served as a Managing Director, Head of Global Relationship Management, and was a member of the Executive Committee at Babson Capital Management where she conceived, developed, and implemented a global service model which reduced costs of service and increased profitability and retention rates. Grant guided the firm to a substantial increase in relationship assets serviced through seven mergers and acquisitions, from $1.5 billion to $24 billion, which included separate accounts, hedge funds, mezzanine funds, commingled funds, real estate and structured credit portfolios. Ms. Grant served in senior client management leadership roles for more than two decades, first at Oppenheimer Capital, followed by Mitchell Hutchins, before co-founding, Curant Associates, an asset management distribution consulting firm, in 2001. She’s also the proud Founder and CEO of USAdopt, the first national US adoption consultancy.
