Evan is a Partner at Calibre One and is based in the Bay Area. He has spent the past 25+ years in retained executive search serving the life sciences community. Evan brings extensive experience within biotherapeutics and has also worked in sectors such as devices, diagnostics/personalized medicine, instrumentation, and healthcare IT. He has completed numerous assignments during his career recruiting at the Board, CEO, and C-suite levels, along with Vice President and other leadership positions. Evan brings experience across disciplines, including R&D, clinical development, regulatory, medical affairs, and technical operations, as well as business development, finance, and commercial. He has worked in a plethora of modalities, technologies, and therapeutic areas with clients ranging from venture capital-backed companies to multinational, publicly traded, commercial-stage organizations. Evan utilizes a partnering, consultative approach in his work with innovative life sciences organizations. He holds a BA in English from the University of Michigan.
