Antonia is a Partner at Calibre One with over 15 years of executive search experience. Based in the London office, she works closely with leading European PE and VC investors and their portfolio companies, advising on leadership appointments and supporting transactions. Her work spans CFO, Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Advisory roles, as well as Investor and Operating Partner positions within funds.
Antonia joined Calibre One in 2015 through its acquisition of Hatton Grange, a boutique executive search firm focused on PE and VC clients. Earlier in her career, she spent three years in executive search specialising in private equity and investment banking assignments.
She holds a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of Leeds.
