Sam is a Research Associate at Calibre One, where he supports Partners and Principals with targeted research and market intelligence across executive search assignments. Based in the London office, Sam plays a key role in mapping talent landscapes, identifying high-impact candidates, and contributing to the firm’s rigorous, data-driven approach to leadership search.
Sam joined Calibre One after completing his degree at the University of Bristol, where he developed a strong academic foundation and an analytical mindset that he now applies to executive talent research. His work spans a variety of sectors and functional areas, helping deliver the deep insights that underpin successful senior-leadership hires for Calibre One’s clients.
Outside of work, Sam loves music and is a sports enthusiast, especially tennis which he plays regularly.
