I am generally sceptical of the value of head-hunters; however, two recent events changed my mind. Firstly, the hiring of a Cambridge based CEO in the deep-tech space and secondly the CFO of a globally expanding cyber security business. I sit on the board of both of these companies, and on each occasion I was very involved in the hiring process.
