Duncan is a seasoned executive search professional with over 15 years of experience advising private equity and venture-backed companies across Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, Financial Services, eCommerce & Marketplaces. He specialises in placing transformative leadership across Product, Data, Technology, and broader C-suite roles, and has a particular strength in helping investors unlock value through talent in periods of growth, transformation, and exit planning.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Duncan was co-CEO and Co-Founder of Drax Affinity, where he supported mid-cap and growth equity investors in scaling digitally driven businesses across Europe and he previously led the Software & Technology Practice at Raines International. Previously he was a long-time Partner and Product, Data and Technology Co-Practice Lead at True Search where he helped to establish the Product and Technology practice in Europe.
In addition to his work in executive search, Duncan is an active advisor and angel investor in a number of early-stage technology ventures. His pragmatic, people-first approach is shaped by deep sector knowledge, operational empathy, and a strong track record of working alongside investors to drive value creation through talent.
