Amanda joined Calibre One in 2021, since joining she has partnered with companies across the technology industry ranging in size from early-stage startups to midcap companies. She has successfully placed a diverse slate of roles such as Chief Human Resource Officer, Vice President of Talent, Head of Talent Acquisition, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer amongst others.
Prior to working in executive search Amanda was an accomplished real estate broker in the Chicago market where she led a team of agents, managed landlord relations and specialized in new and existing residential real estate. This experience equipped her with a unique ability to understand client needs, navigate complex negotiations, and identify top talent, all of which are assets in her current role at Calibre One
Amanda is a graduate from Iowa State University with a degree in Communication Studies and Apparel Merchandising. Outside of work Amanda has a passion for historic home renovations, hiking, yoga, and travel. She is also a leader in her community and is involved in several human services and environmentally oriented organizations.
