Grace joined Calibre One in 2021 as a Senior Associate and is based out of Denver, Colorado. Grace has several years of experience in executive search and has successfully appointed executives at the Board, C-Suite, and VP levels for companies ranging from early-stage startups, venture capital, and private equity to publicly traded companies. She is passionate about helping her clients find the right people to create an environment that is conducive to success and is known for her ability to quickly identify the unique qualities an organization needs and the candidates that are best suited to those needs. She started her recruiting career with Bradsby Group in 2017 where she specialized in the Energy & Industrial sector. Prior to Calibre One, she worked at Phillip Riley in the Clean Technology industry where she focused specifically on the Electric Vehicle and Charging Infrastructure market.
Outside of work, Grace loves staying active through running, swimming, yoga, surfing, and skiing. Grace is a volunteer raising awareness and support for non-profits that focus on mental health, human trafficking, adolescent development and education, and faith-based organizations.
