Celeste joins Calibre One with over twenty years of experience conducting cross- functional VP and C-level assignments. She enjoys building executive teams for high-growth technology companies funded by leading venture capital and private equity firms. Within the tech space, clients include SaaS, Data & Analytics; HIT, Digital Health, AdTech and Consumer Technology companies.

Celeste spent ten years with Ross & Company, a boutique-executive search firm similarly focused on partnering with PE and VC firms to recruit C-level executives and gained significant experience in the healthcare space. Clients included a variety of companies in the HC ecosystem including Health Information Technology (HIT), health data analytics, Business Process Outsourcing/Healthcare vertical, healthcare services, managed care and digital media/Internet.

Celeste gained start up experience as one of six Partners who built Ramsey/Beirne Associates, (currently Kindred Partners) over a five-year period. She played a key role in creating and executing the operational infrastructure key to successfully scaling the Company. The Firm successfully competed against established global firms and was awarded executive level searches for marquis clients including eBay, Amazon, Netscape and other Series A companies. Celeste led multiple C- level searches across all functions and a highlight was teaming with Founding Partner, David Beirne to work with Bill Gates on the COO search for Microsoft.

Celeste began her career with Heidrick & Struggles in the Boston and Greenwich, CT offices. Over a five-year period, she developed a broad understanding of multiple industries ultimately focusing on consumer packaged goods and IT/Technology searches.

Celeste and her husband enjoy living in Central Massachusetts where they have raised 3 boys. She appreciates tapping into her husband’s technology experience given his current role with Gartner. Celeste is an avid gardener, loves to be active hiking with her dog, cycling and continues to play tennis competitively.
