Amanda’s executive search expertise harnesses a unique combination of search experience, asset management, and distribution leadership. As a search consultant with tactical and strategic business management experience, Amanda understands the challenges and opportunities of asset management firms and brings a breadth of perspective and innovation to her client partnerships.
Amanda brings to Calibre One a distinguished track record of recruiting distribution and investment professionals in asset and wealth management. She frequently advises asset management leaders on all aspects of their domestic and global distribution structures, strategy, and talent needs.
Prior to Calibre One, Amanda was a managing partner for a boutique executive search firm dedicated to distribution and investment search in asset and wealth management. Previously, Amanda was the global head of institutional client service and a member of the operating committee at Columbia Management. Before that, Amanda was the head of the institutional client service and member of the executive committee at Babson Capital Management. Amanda’s earlier career included an institutional leadership role at Oppenheimer Capital and a position as head of the institutional service for Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management. Amanda was the co-founder of Curant Associates, a management consulting boutique dedicated to distribution consulting in asset and wealth management. She is also the founder of USAdopt, the first national US adoption consultancy.
Amanda graduated from Pace University with BA in English Literature and Marketing, and from Hunter College – CUNY with an MA in English Literature. She is an advocate for children without families and professional women, a Latin dancer, and lives in New Jersey with her son and their cats and dog.
