Victoria is responsible for placing senior level executives on behalf of Venture Capital and Private Equity backed businesses within the technology space, with a particular focus on the Cleantech sector across Europe and North America.

Prior to joining Calibre One, Victoria headed the Research Practice for an established Renewable energy and Cleantech executive search firm, where she delivered retained mandates on behalf of investors, investment funds and their portfolio businesses.

Having graduated with a First-Class degree in Spanish and Business, Victoria joined Executive Search with the remit of delivering global market intelligence projects on behalf of FTSE 100 companies. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
