Serena is a Senior Associate with responsibility for leading Board and Senior Executive searches in the technology space with an emphasis on software, IT services, digital & social commerce across Europe.

Prior to joining Calibre One, Serena worked for a UK executive search provider with responsibility for recruiting C level executives across the public and private sectors. Before relocating to the UK in 2008, she spent 3 years as a Senior Associate with a top tier global search firm in Sydney.

She has extensive experience in the placement of Board and Senior Executives both on a permanent and interim basis across Europe and Australasia.

Serena’s earlier career was spent in the software industry as well as a few years in South America heavily involved in charity work.

Serena holds a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Marketing from Charles Sturt University in Australia.
