Richard Brennan has over 10 years experience in executive search, seven of which were spent as a Director in the London office of a top tier search firm, where he consistently performed amongst the top 5% in the team.

During this time he has developed an enviable track record of helping major technology and life sciences companies build their senior management teams in both the UK and Continental Europe, with a specific emphasis on finding European executives for North American organisations.

Richard’s major functional specialisation to date has been in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Support and Operations. Prior to his career in Executive Search, Richard worked with Nortel Networks as a Senior Manager within the European resourcing team, managing a team of recruiters hiring talent all over Europe and initially began his career as a graduate trainee with Hays in the early 1990s.

Outside of work Richard is an avid sports fan with a strong interest in current affairs, although his weekends are now mostly taken up coping with his lively young son.
