Philip Boyd has over 15 years experience in the executive search industry specialising in the recruitment of senior level executives. Prior to Calibre One, Philip was responsible for the European Technology and Business Services Practice in a top tier search firm.

Based in London, Philip concentrates on delivering searches for CEOs, executives and board members for clients in the Software, Communications, Professional Services, and Cleantech industries. For over a decade, Philip has successfully completed numerous searches for Public, Venture Capital and Private Equity backed technology businesses across Europe.

Having graduated with a degree in International Business, Philip began his career in the retail industry. Outside of work, he enjoys most sports and spending time with his family and friends.
