Mark Webster is based in our Silicon Valley office. Mark has over twenty years experience in executive recruitment, in a wide variety of industries and geographies.

Mark has helped build executive teams for such companies as: ARM, Motorola, Atheros, Infinera, Checkpoint Software Technologies, Xilinx, LSI Logic, Nvidia, Comcast, SonicWall, Sunpower, Quantum Technology, Green Switch and UTStarcom. He has also assisted many venture-backed and entrepreneurial early and mid-stage companies, financed by investors including: Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Enterprise Partners, Sequoia Capital, Bay Partners, Greylock Partners & Venrock.

Prior to joining Calibre One, Mark was President & CEO of Leading Edge Partners, LLC a retained boutique executive search firm where he focused on technology markets including Semiconductor, CleanTech, Infrastructure, Open Source Software, Digital Media & Consumer Electronics across North America, EMEA & APAC.

Mark has, for over two decades, provided clients with well-rounded consultation and access to talent appropriate to clients’ specific cultures and competitive challenges. Mark is a competitive athlete who enjoys back packing, marathons, mountain biking, skiing & flying.
