Kristyna is responsible for executing searches across all functions and sectors, with a particular focus on the technology and professional services sector.

Prior to that, she supported the research organization in the delivery and execution of search campaigns across Europe and North America. Originally from the Czech Republic, Kristyna joined Calibre One in July 2008 and initially worked as a part of the administrative team before moving into a pure research role.

Outside of work, Kristyna enjoys travel, literature and sport. Before her professional career, Kristyna was an international gymnast representing the Czech Republic as part of the national gymnastics team.
