As Managing Partner, James Brocket is responsible for all of Calibre One's business in Europe and leads both the Interim Management and Executive Search practices across this region.

James is co-Founder of Calibre One and whilst he leads Calibre One’s business in Europe, he remains a prolific recruiter.

His major focus has been on recruiting Chief Executive Officers, and other key Executives for businesses headquartered in Europe. He has also managed a vast number of leadership assignments for US firms across the EMEA region.

Over 15 years, he has built a reputation as one of Europe’s leading search professionals and has established an excellent network of contacts within the Executive and investor communities in Europe.

James holds a degree in Biological Sciences. Outside of work he enjoys music, reading and all sports, especially rugby and football - both of which he still plays as often as he can.
