Isabelle leads searches for CEOs, Executive & Board members across the technology, media, clean tech and telecom sectors in Europe.

Prior to joining Calibre One, Isabelle worked for the longest established private equity recruiter in Europe where she was responsible for recruiting senior investment professionals into private equity houses, venture capitals and hedge funds. She also conducted high profile finance searches for Fortune Global 500 companies.

Before moving into Executive Search, Isabelle started her career in the industry working in sales and marketing for the one of the world’s largest luxury eyewear designers in Italy. She also taught French as a foreign language in German and Austrian high schools.

Isabelle holds a Double Master’s Degree in German and in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. She is fluent in English, French, German and Italian.

Out of work, Isabelle is an avid runner, a keen traveller and enjoys wine tasting and spending time with her friends.
