Before joining Calibre One, she spent four years at Leading Edge Partners LLC, a premier boutique search firm based in Silicon Valley. She delivers outstanding results with an exceptional completion rate.

Before joining the executive search industry, Debbie worked in residential Real Estate,servicing the high-end housing market in the mid-peninsula. She also worked in advertising sales and as an Account Manager at AT&T, ranking in the top 10 percent of sales associates, winning numerous honors and awards over the years.

Debbie is an avid athlete who enjoys running, yoga and hiking. She is also a fabulous gourmet cook.
