Onagh Ash Named as CEO of Exigen ELITE
Industry Veteran Brings Services Expertise to Exigen Capital Portfolio Company
Transformational Private Equity fund Exigen Capital today announced the appointment of Onagh Ash as CEO of next-generation talent management solution provider Exigen ELITE. Ash, most recently a senior executive at HP, has more than 30 years of experience in technology with a focus on services.

"Her understanding of the unique needs of the talent-centric industries combined with her strong management experience will be critical to helping Exigen ELITE bring its innovative solution to market."
Ash has held senior-level positions with leading technology consulting organizations including HP Services, Mercury Interactive Global Services and BearingPoint. At HP Services, she was SVP, Consulting and Integration, guiding more than 20,000 employees in providing services to HP clients. Before joining HP, Ash was SVP Global Services for Mercury Interactive, where she led an organization-wide effort to build and rejuvenate Mercury's global services and support offerings. At BearingPoint, she served as managing director (partner). In this position, she helped build the CME and Utility practice as well as the company's SAP practice. Earlier in her career, Ash held a variety of management, sales and services roles at Indus International, SAP America and Oracle, where she was at the forefront of introducing new offerings.
