Andrew Banks becomes Partner at Calibre One
From 1st January 2009 Andrew Banks has been promoted to Partner within the London office of Calibre One.
Andrew joined Calibre One in March 2008 as an Associate Partner where he took initial responsibility for the execution of global C-Level search campaigns and an interim role as Head of Research.
As Partner, Andrew will be focusing on the development of key relationships with international venture capital and private equity houses helping them to hire leadership across the EMEA region for their portfolio organisations. He will also undertake global search assignments for high growth software, communications and internet businesses across Europe.
Prior to joining Calibre One, Andrew managed a practice area within a London-based boutique search organisation with responsibility for delivering on global search campaigns for Fortune 500 companies.
In particular, he built a strong track record in identifying and placing senior leadership for clients seeking to execute strategic change, turnaround and improvement programmes throughout regional and country operations on a global basis.
